Inserted pictures are the normal reason for substantial PowerPoint records. Office for Mac 2008's PowerPoint has a manufactured-in device that can layer your inserted visualizations and therapist your PowerPoint index:
1. With PowerPoint open, click PowerPoint on the menu bar at the top of the screen and pick Preferences...
2. Pick the Save tab
3. At the lowest part of the window, check the container for "Compress illustrations indexes". This will mechanically pack all illustrations in your PPT documents.
