How can I reduce the size of my PowerPoint file in Office for Mac 2008?

I have an imposing PowerPoint document that I ought to clamp. In what manner would I be able to pack my PPT or PPTX records in Office for Mac 2008?

Inserted pictures are the normal reason for substantial PowerPoint records. Office for Mac 2008's PowerPoint has a manufactured-in device that can layer your inserted visualizations and therapist your PowerPoint index:

1. With PowerPoint open, click PowerPoint on the menu bar at the top of the screen and pick Preferences...

2. Pick the Save tab

3. At the lowest part of the window, check the container for "Compress illustrations indexes". This will mechanically pack all illustrations in your PPT documents.
