Nokia c6-00 is not play MP4 files means some of the mp4 video/audio. But it depends on site specification. This problem is raise because by default video payer of c6 is real player. We are paying Rs.12, 500 INR (Indian currency) for this c6-00.wht they r doing before released this phone on market. They are unsuccessful to satisfied the customer needs .this is one type of problem I m having with my c6-00.

I have same problem like u but little bit advance bugs I having on my nokia c6-00.
When I am play video majority time its play only audio and see one error message “format can’t support your phone”
