How be able to I delete the "Recent Places" icon from my desktop. Working on Windows 7 I one way or another finished up with a "Recent Places" link and icon on my desktop. I can't go or move it to the trash or delete it or can’t move to them In recycle bin.

I now run into this trying trouble as fit. I have a delete desktop icon easily and approximating it this method. If you do to, this way out should work for you. Find the control panel first and into go, appearance and personalization. Hit it off on modify desktop icons on the left. Extract were all unchecked, so I turned them all reverse on and batter apply. It made the current place icon vanish. I then unchecked all the boxes again and batter apply. Clean desktop once more.
