I am having an problem while playing an video on the my Philips 37PFL8694H TV which has an latest version firmware: Version: 000.026.078.000 but I just cannot get it playing more than 8 minutes and 60 seconds on this so does any one know what is causing this problem. I am living in Netherlands and I have recently brought an new ARTE + 7 connection

I think that problem, that you are facing is moreover country specific and it differs from country to country, moreover this problem can also be caused due to different or older version of firmware that is present in this , I guess that this problem could be solved with the help of bandwidth , so just ensure the bandwidth that you are currently using , more if the problem still persists then I suggest you to contact the customer service and I would also like you to check the same with other Televison set that you are having .
