Well to be frank I think that it would be a great help for me if I could download application in the offline mode or not from the android site as I always tend to be away the from the internet , can I get this to the sd card and then have the same to use when I need then or in am offline mode, is there any way to which I can get .apk files .

You can get the same from the appbrain , amazon app market , are two that come to my mind which I read your query , well on the other hand you can get the same on the google apk code for this , so that may help you out .
You can try to use the amazon app market.
