I have a Chinese mobile phone , and I want to use this phone for me internet connection and surfing , but some how I am not been able to set this WI-fi or GPRs setting s , so does anyone knows what problem would be causing this issue , can some one please tell me the GPRS setting here, I have been trying this really very hard please please help me out .

Use following setting for your mobile phone.
Account Name : PI(Pocket internet)
Home Page : www.google.com
APN : name of your operater
Connection Type : HTTP
Proxy Address : 196.168.035.201
Port : 8081
well if you are india then this is the setting that you need to do
You will need to get the gprs setting from your network service provider and then have to save it in your mobile phone, or use the setting provided below:
Connection Name : Videocon Internet
Data Bearer : Packet Data
APN : vinternet.com
Username & Password: Blank
Homepage : http://m.gstek.info
Proxy server : Blank
Proxy port : Blank
Videocon WAP
Connection Name : Videocon GPRS
Data Bearer : Packet Data
APN : vgprs.com
Username & Password: Blank
Homepage : http://wap.live.in
