This appears to be a normal Droid situation but I have not found a great response.I am attempting to match up with my work Exchange. 2007 server so I don't think it gives me a decision of extroverted send servers. Some post gets sent while others are stayed in my outbox. I even attempt to manually send from the outbox but that makes a point not to work either
