As a matter of fact this is stuffed by sanctioned, not given by Mint crew. Moreover, it is a beta 13 version.You can download Firefox 4 from Mozilla here.

When it has been downloaded, shut all running cases of Firefox 3.x, unpack the tarball and click the index "Firefox" (not "Firefox canister")
Firefox 4.0 stable unequivocally appeared in mintUpdate.
