Follow the following steps: Using USB cable Connect phone with laptop Right side of your laptop down side one notification bar pop up Open the notification window it shows USB connected options Option you see turn on USB Storage and you do change off to on and press OK after that your phone turn orange your phone is ready to use enjoy
