Weird behavior while charging Nokia Lumia

Method it looks to me is that there's either something the matter with the charger and its pumping in additional voltage than the telephone can handle. A flawed USB link with a shielding issue or something is off with the telephone.I'll attempt to verify Nokia is cognizant of this issue for you.Since you are able to please attempt accusing of a distinctive charger, USB link and PC to see what happens.

Am identifying a spot of some major difficulty time recreating the situation now for some explanation..When utilizing the nokia charger (divider socket), the touchscreen/capacitive binds are a bit stuttery, lazy.. though when am utilizing my touchpad charger every last item appears to be working easily just as its unplugged.

Got no thought what would be bringing on this

That would be fascinating.
What's the voltage and amp rating on every charger? Case in point 3.7v 1.0mA.I'll cheerfully be picking a Lumia up on Monday, can be intriguing to see assuming that it acts the same.

Nokia one says:

AC-16X Output: DC 5V, 1A
Input AC 100-240V, 50-60Hz, 0.15A

And my touchpad one says:

Output 5.3V = 2.0A
Input 100-240V, 50-60Hz, 0.4A
