Every time when I restart my moto g. My network wcdma to gsm mode every time. Previous KitKat Android version having same problem and after updating to lollipop version facing the same problem. Why I do every time go to phone Dial up and *#*#4636#*#* and find phone mode and changing gsm to wcdma.

try to update Moto G KitKat to lollipop because after the updation switching WCDMA mode to GSM mode bug removed ....
