Can someone here would be able to make or copy the top bar that appears on the symbian belle to symbian 9.4 as that might be very helpful for me , to get over it ,As I cannot afford an symbian belle as of now , I would love to have the menu with out the scroll strip similar to one that appears on the symbian belle… I hope that my question isn’t complicated enough.

Well to be frank I guess, the answer to your question is no , this cannot happen , while you may get the similar features with an android based operating system.
