Airtel Broadband forced redirection to 125.21.240.99 problem

I am buy Airtel broadband by paying 649rs.that was not issue. But problem is that where is speed of 2 mbps . Whenever I am open any website. It ‘s  open very slowly and this is useless page look like Airtel page. It is happing with anybody …. What is solution for that problem.
