My laptop is now refusing to turn either by the battery (with and without air conditioning switched on) or AC only (battery). The laptop comes after being unused for some time. Once the laptop is, I have Microsoft Windows updates and critical security updates that happen. The battery also charges up (because of unused, the battery has dropped to single digit value). The laptop has a bit of time for the battery up a little power and only then up.
