Taskbar disappears after sleep mode

Sometimes after I wake my laptop from sleep mode, my taskbar is missing. The Windows Start button is still there, but nothing of the taskbar. After I reboot it goes away, but I'd rather not do that. Any suggestions.however i restart my laptop then i see my task bar this is big bugs in window. how can repair this problem
