spectranet the worst ever

Spectranet is the most bad ISP appear yet, where is customer service of company. Company knows that customer is good of business. Since 6 month is goes and no response of sepctranet give to me and I am paid for that 2500Rs. and I want to refund my cash from company but no response for that also…I am give advice to all my friend, don’t buy spectranet
