Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 Not receiving notifications when screen is off
Hi android, I have a N7100 and I have a minute ago observe
that I am not getting any notification as of twitter or FB or most useful
application in my life “WhatsApp” using simple internet. WOW that was the problem.
what to do android.

Hey friends, when you screen is ON or off “that was matter”. The notifications don't appear, if you OFF the Screen that same time your data plan or internet plan get OFF. Because of phone default setting
