Hi, I have 9780 blackberry cell with me last 2 months. I want to backup of my cell but whenever I am trying to do backup and I gets ERROR message “NullPointerException: java.lang.NullPointer Exception” and fails the backup. Can any one tell me solution for that problem.

i have correct solution for that problem. you should try HARD RESET to your blackberry
Update your OS of blackberry and you get the result
